The commitment of the College of Fisheries - Central Luzon State University (CF-CLSU) to the continuous development of its faculty members and keeping them abreast of recent advancements in fisheries science and related fields abroad is evident. Asst. Prof. Junard A. Catabay, a faculty member of CF-CLSU, is currently participating in an International Training and Exposure Visit to Thailand from November 7-21, 2023. This training, hosted by the Aquaculture and Aquatic Resources Management (AARM) Program at the Asian Institute of Technology, is focused on the latest developments in Tropical Aquaculture, Aquaculture Nutrition, and Feed Technology with the purpose of enhancing the expertise of faculty members from Philippine Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

This training initiative is implemented within the framework of the Leveling-UP Philippine HEIs in Agriculture, Fisheries, and Natural Resources (LevelUPHEI AFAR) Project, supported by CHED and in partnership with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) in the Philippines.
